1. Service Charges

  • All payments made to Schengen Hub are service charges for visa appointment booking and visa assistance.
  • Government fees, embassy fees, and visa center charges (VFS/BLS) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • If the service cannot be delivered due to an error from our side.
  • If payment is received but the service has not been initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa refusal or rejection by any embassy or consulate.
  • Delay or cancellation of appointments by embassies or visa centers.
  • Failure to attend the visa appointment by the applicant.
  • Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or false information.
  • Change of travel plans or personal circumstances.
  • Dummy ticket or travel itinerary services once delivered.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted.

5. Appointment Cancellation

Once a Schengen visa appointment is booked, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled unless allowed by the embassy or visa center. No refunds will be issued after service initiation.

6. No Visa Guarantee

Schengen Hub does not guarantee visa approval or issuance. Our responsibility is limited to appointment booking, documentation guidance, and visa assistance services.
